Welcome to Unwrap. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of the Unwrap SaaS Framer Template (“Template”), owned and operated by DesignPad (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By purchasing, downloading, or using the Template, you agree to these Terms.
1. License
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Template for personal or commercial projects.
You may:
Use the Template to build websites for yourself or clients
Modify, customize, and adapt the Template
Use it in unlimited end projects
You may NOT:
Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the Template files
Offer the Template as a competing product (free or paid)
Include the Template in any marketplace, bundle, or directory
2. Ownership
All intellectual property rights in the Template remain with DesignPad.
Your purchase grants usage rights only and does not transfer ownership of the Template’s design, structure, or code.
3. Payments & Refunds
All payments are one-time and final
Due to the digital nature of the product, no refunds or exchanges will be provided after purchase
You are responsible for reviewing all product details before buying
4. Updates
DesignPad may provide updates, improvements, or bug fixes to the Template.
However:
Updates are provided at our discretion
We do not guarantee ongoing updates or support for future platform changes
5. Support
We may offer limited support for:
Basic setup guidance
Bug fixes related to the original Template
Support does NOT include:
Custom development or design changes
Advanced integrations or third-party issues
Ongoing maintenance or consulting
6. Third-Party Services
The Template is built using third-party tools such as Framer and may include external assets (e.g., fonts, integrations).
You are responsible for:
Complying with third-party terms and licenses
Maintaining any required subscriptions or accounts
DesignPad is not responsible for third-party service changes or disruptions.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DesignPad shall not be liable for:
Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
Issues arising from misuse, modification, or third-party dependencies
The Template is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
7. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the Template, all sales are generally final and non-refundable.
However, a refund may be considered only if:
You were charged incorrectly (duplicate payment), or
The Template is completely unusable and we are unable to resolve the issue
To request a refund:
Contact us within 7 days of purchase
Include proof of purchase and a clear description of the issue
We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests at our sole discretion.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your license if you violate these Terms.
Upon termination:
You must immediately stop using the Template
All copies of the Template must be deleted
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the Template after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
